Information Center for Employees (ICE) Along with Paycheck, W2 and Online Benefit Information, this site will tell you your Employee ID. That number is required for using the Xerox MFDs (printing, copying, faxing, scanning) in our district.
Getting Connected: The Basics
LPS Web Mail Web Mail allows LPS employees to access their email from any location using any platform. The only requirements are: Internet access using a web browser and an LPS email user name and password.
LPS Web Calendar The LPS Web Calendar system allows our teachers, administration and staff to keep their calendars on the web. Posted calendars can then be published for just other LPS staff to see, or for public access from the world wide web.
LPS has multi-function devices (MFDs) in all of our buildings. These MFDs operate using an accounting system that tracks every piece of paper and bills it to the appropriate budgets. (Each building has their own procedures for this.)
Directions for setting up your computer to print to an MFD in your building, and for using the features on the MFD are located on this page.
IDM (Printing & Copying) Web Site IDM stands for Improving Document Management and refers to all phases of the printing, copying and document management process.
Grading Systems
Every building has their own expectations for electronic grade keeping.
EasyGrade Pro software is available on most LPS computers.
Middle schools use the online MSRC (Middle School Report Card)
