RECURRING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Indoor Soccer League The sign up for the first annual LSW Indoor League of Fours has begun. The League is a 4v4 indoor league run in the Main Gym at LSW that runs from December through February. Please submit a roster of eight LSW students and a team name to Coach Carpenter or Watson (A117 TPC). A team should consist of about eight people (boys or girls, coed or not, soccer program players or not, etc.). The only limitation is that all players on a team must be current LSW students. Fun facts to keep in mind about the league are that it is a 4v4, flying substitutions, no goal keeping, fast paced game. There is no team fee. Schedules, scores, stats and teams are all counted and kept on the program website. Cup champions and a golden boot will be awarded at the end of February. Teams are guaranteed 12-15, 20 minutes matches (2-10 minute halves). Teams will play 1-2 matches per week in the late evening hours at LSW. For League rules, please see one of the soccer websites. Deadline for submission of rosters and team names will be November 26th.
