Madrigal Dinner in LSW Commons Dec 14, 6:00pm All LSW choirs will be performing at this special event. Ticket order forms went home with students on Monday, December 1. Reservations may also be made at the LSW Bookkeeper's window. The cost of a dinner ticket is $12.00.

Baseball meeting Thursday, Dec. 4, 3:15pm in A118. Only for those not playing a winter sport.


Current juniors, who did not register for 80 hours for next year's classes, may do so Tuesday, December 9th at 2:15. Please check in with Mrs. Way in the hallway outside the Media Center Lab. This will be the only make-up session available, so students who do not attend will have next year's classes selected for them. If you have questions, please visit with your counselor before December 9th.

PSAT results are available in the Counseling Center. Please check in with Mrs. Way during your lunch or before/after school.

9th to 10th registration Online registration will be activated on Monday, December 1st at 8:00 a.m. and end on Sunday, December 7th at midnight. Instructions for selecting courses and how to access the online registration program from home will be available on the LSW website. Counselors will be available on Thursday, December 4th to facilitate group sessions for next year's sophomores and their families. This session will be offered on a first come, first-serve basis from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Please check in at the Media Center computer lab.

Community Art Project at LSW Students are asked to help create a collage of student letters and illustrations to inspire future students in their journey. Students wishing to reflect and share their stories of life or advice can turn their letters in at the main office (May be placed in box on counter anonymously). Deadline is Dec 12th.

Concession Stand will be open every Monday from 3:15-3:45

Tuesday PLC Study Hall Need some extra help with an assignment or maybe just a quiet place to work? Every Tuesday, after school, we will have a staffed study hall in B111. Please report by 2:20 pm and you may stay until 3:10 pm.

COMPUTER ELECTRONICS DAY - SCC Milford Campus - Dec. 3, or 10. This is a one-day hands-on tutorial where you will build and test a personal computer then install and configure MS Windows Vista - plus tour the Electronics Systems Technology department. 9am-2pm. The John F. Kennedy Library Foundation invites U.S. high school students to write an original essay on the political courage of a U.S. elected official. Scholarships awarded to winners. Outstanding Young Volunteer of the Year Award - The Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S. - $5,000 Savings Bond & trip awarded to student, ages 12 to 15, who has provided outstanding volunteer service to his or her community.
