Any boys interested in trying out for golf and not participating in Winter Sports, there will be a short informational meeting Thursday, the 14th after school in room A103. If you can’t attend the meeting please see Coach Danson.

"LPS and CHI Health/St. Elizabeth partner to provide students with opportunities to explore careers in the Health Sciences field. Two options are available: Camp (for current sophomores and juniors) or Internship (for current Juniors only). Applicants must also have taken one of the following courses: Introduction to Health Science, Medical Terminology or Anatomy/ Physiology.  Application deadline is March 6, 2019.  See your counselor if interested."

Attention all student-athletes wishing to participate in the LSW Track and Field this spring. There will be a mandatory informational and sign-up meeting on Thursday, February 14th @ 3:15 in the A118 Forum. If you are currently participating in a winter sport at LSW or not able to attend for other reasons, please see Coach Schuster in room A114 or in the A117 TPC.

2019 AP Exam Registration - This is a message for any Current and 1st Semester AP students- this year's AP exam registration window is February 1st through March 8th. If you would like more information about the exams and registration process please see your AP teacher, or stop in the main office and ask for Dr. Brady.

Greetings, French students! The registration for the National French Exam is now open. We encourage you to participate in this annual contest! Please see Madame Van Zandt or Madame Christenson to pick up a registration form!

LSW has a year-round food pantry available to all LSW families. Student or parents can fill the form out online— enter jump code BCY3 at lps.org to get there— or stop into the LSW Counseling Center to get set up, either as-needed or on a repeating basis (standing order). There are a number breakfast foods, canned goods, and lots of yummy things to eat right away or keep in your cupboards for later, all for free! Let us know if we can help.

LSW Booster Club: Online Store Up and Running  - The Booster store now has a website in which you can order clothing from, however, there is no discount.  You can continue to shop in the booster store and receive a discount but not on any online orders.  The new website is:  www.lswsilverhawks.com

Challenging classes?  LSW NHS offers free tutoring every Tuesday during PLC in the media center.  If you are interested in a one-on-one tutor you can fill out a request form on the LSW website to be matched with a tutor as soon as possible.

C113 computer lab is back open for business after school! Students staying after school in need of a quiet place to work can check into the lab. It is located across from the nurse’s office.  The lab is open from 3:15-5:00p.m. Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursday. Wednesday it will be open until 4p.m.
