If a schedule change is needed, please use our Schedule Change Request Form linkPlease submit completed Schedule Change Request Form to the Counseling Office - or - email Schedule Change Request Form to your assigned counselor.
Schedule change requests should be based on one of the following criteria:
Senior needs a class for graduation and/or college entrance requirement
Student doesn’t meet the prerequisite
Student has already received credit for course
Student has a See Counselor (open block) that needs to be replaced and filled.
Teacher Assistant or “Pass Block” Requests
Students in 11th and 12th grade do have the option of shortening their schedule or serving as a teacher assistant. To pursue either of these options, please do not use the “Schedule Change Request Form” link above, and instead, you must print, complete, and turn the appropriate form below in to the counseling center:
These forms can also be picked up in the Counseling Center or in the main office.
Please read the criteria on the form closely, particularly with regard to the requirements for activity and academic honors eligibility.
Completed forms must be signed by the student, parent and IEP manager (when applicable) before being submitted to the counseling center for review.
For changes that require a face-to-face meeting, counselors will be available to review schedule change requests during our School Readiness Day Sessions. In an effort to be as efficient as possible, as counselors become available they will work with their assigned students to address changes. This can help keep the line moving.
