End of the Year – Chromebooks

At the end of this school year, only graduating students (and students leaving LPS) will be expected to return their Chromebooks and chargers.

All other students (current 9th, 10th and 11th graders) who are returning to LPS next year will retain their Chromebooks during the summer.

Graduating students (and students leaving LPS) will bring their Chromebook and charger to the Media Center to check it in as soon as they are done with it. They DO NOT need to wait until Finals if they are not going to use it during Finals.

Returning your bag is optional; however, returning a working, undamaged charger is not.

Please make sure you have your charger and that it is not damaged in any way. If you’re missing your charger OR it is damaged, please see the Media Center staff BEFORE Finals to enter a Help Ticket. This will speed up your check out process.

As the end of the year draws closer, please make sure your graduating student can locate the charger (2 pieces) and the Chromebook that was issued to them at the beginning of the year.

Summer School students will retain their Chromebook and return it at the Summer School site.

Senior students returning for a 5th year and all other students returning to LPS next year will retain their Chromebook for next school year.
