International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers or IBEW Field Trip and Career Fair at IBEW (just down the road on 14th St.)
This is for any student in the school who is interested in learning about extremely high-paying jobs in Electrical Engineering and other Electrical jobs.
Format: 10 minute hands on stations and you will rotate through many booths explaining various opportunities.
Lunch is provided!
When: Thursday October 31st. Leave school by LPS bus at 10:45 am and return to school around 1:45 pm. (Meet at door 10 by the theatre at 10:45 am.)
What do I need to do to go on this field trip?
Get a permission form from an STS teacher (Hennecke, Jochum, or Simpson). Your parents will need to fill it out and YOU need to return it to Mr. Hennecke (Room C105) BY Wednesday October 23rd. There are all kinds of drawing prizes: power tools, boom box, headphones, and other items. (Ask other students about cool prizes from last year.)
The first 54 students who return their permission form get a seat on the bus!
